Need some inspiration to make arithmetic practice a bit more fun? With Christmas coming up you need Arithmastars! Check out the worksheets below for an engaging activity based around cycling around points of stars whilst doing arithmetic.
The idea with an arithmastar is that you choose a starting number and then you begin at point A, performing the arithmetic operations as you move around the star following the arrows. The answer is the number in your head when you get back to where you started. There’s no reason you can’t go around twice if you want to! Next up you do the same process but starting from point B etc…
